The courtyard displays a green lawn and trees as seen from the corner opposite the rotunda on this "hand-colored" card. On the right are the clocktower and stone arch for which this complex is known. Designed by William Mooser after the 1925 earthquake destroyed the 1875 courthouse, it was dedicated in 1929.
