Automobiles are moving both ways on a narrow mountain road, crossing a bridge. On the left and right are rock formations with shrubs, and in the distance are hills with trees. Gaviota Pass is a California State Historical Landmark, a gap located in Santa Barbara County along later United States Highway 101. The Teich number near the lower right corner of the white border is 108229, from which the date was derived. The publisher's number SB.65 precedes the title in the top white border.
