Peacocks were a recurring theme for parade floats. Here a large flowered bird is masthead for a float featuring a fountain. Accompanying the vehicle are women with elaborate headdresses and bouquets wearing short skirts with long trains. A sort of a pagoda is at the back of the float, and it is passing a palm tree with a residence visible behind the last woman and back of the float. The signature of the creator of this Real Photo Post Card, in the left lower corner, includes the negative number nine followed by "33" for the year.
