About half of this Real Photo Post Card is taken up with a well preserved, black-and-white aerial photograph of Lake Elsinore and the community along the shore, with the Santa Ana Mountains beyond. Gregory, whose address is the Aloha Beach Pier on Highway 71 and who claims he is "exclusive agent," promises "gorgeous scenic view lots" as well as "many highway business sites" near the "adjoining city of Elsinore."
