Photographic paper: EKKP
The Hotel Banning, pictured here with three stories, the second with a porch, was opened sometime between 1923 and 1928. Other postcards, from the 1930s, advertise that the hotel was accessible from "highways 60-70-99." These United States highways converged for a while prior to 1964, following Ramsey Street through Banning. This is a Real Photo Postcard developed onto dated photographic papers using a silver photographic process, in this case onto papers in use (from information on the divided back) until 1950. Judging from 12 other photographs taken of Banning in the Pomona Public Library Collection, Frasher was in Banning in 1947. There is no number visible on the card.
