This sepia-tone card depicts a two-story building with a porch surroundng both floors, an outbuilding, and trees. The title suggests that renovations had been recently completed. The founder and proprietor of the hotel was Fritz Guenther, who purchased a 294-acre tract of land and developed the Murrieta Mineral Hot Springs into a resort and health spa. In 2014 the property belongs to the Calvary Chapel Conference Center, which rents rooms Sunday through Wednesday.
