A divided road with trees in the middle and on both sides stretches into the distance, a fan palm and magnolia tree being the first seen in the center divide. Printed on the divided back of the postcard at the top of the message space is the following paragraph: "A glimpse of Magnolia Avenue, the famous ten-mile drive, lined with semi-tropical trees. The Washingtonia Filifera, commonly called Fan Palm, is a native of California, and lives to a great age and attains enormous height."

Preceding the title on the front of the card is the publisher's number: 1073.
The publisher was active until about 1914, limiting the production of this card to the years from 1907 (divided back) to 1914.
