The title continues onto the message space on the right side: "Moonlight Scene on the Pacific Coast." Surf hits the beach in the moonlight as a pier juts into the ocean at left and a portion of the headland is on the horizon from the right. The publisher's number 3343 is on the divided back of this German-made card; the division and the printing site limit the date of production to 1907-1915. This card is stained black along its margins.
