A 50-room, three-story reconstruction of a French Norman chateau stands in the distance on the far right behind a garden with trees and flowers, a sidewalk passing beside the garden and below the house. The Durand home on Millionaire's Row had Cherokee roses planted along Arlington Drive, shown here at the right. It was designed by F. L. Roehrig, was completed in 1905, and razed in 1961. The site is now the Arlington Garden. The publisher's number on the back is 3226. The back is divided, but with the left panel reserved for return address only. The white space at the bottom of the card is for messages.
