City Hall is the Romanesque building with a tower on the immediate right of this view from a tall building. Pennants hang across the street, and flags fly on both sides. A sign on the left just beyond City Hall announces the Merchants Trust Company Building. On right on the horizon is the Hall of Records. The publisher's number 608 is handwritten in the window of the building on the far lower left.
