In another postcard view this is shown as "The New Times Building," constructed after the bombing of the newspaper's headquarters in 1910 and occupied in 1911. The company was then the Times-Mirror Company. A later building was constructed in 1935 at another site. Streetcar tracks run by a corner building at Broadway and First Streets, with a dome, flag flying, and a clocktower, surrounded by other downtown buildings. This was the location for Charlie Chaplin's 1914 film "Making a Living." The publisher's number on the divided back is 677.
