A lighthouse stands on a rocky point jutting into the Pacific Ocean at San Pedro. The Point Fermin Lighthouse was built in 1874. After it was shut off in 1941 due to the Pacific Coast blackout during the Second World War, the lighthouse was not restored until its centennial celebration in 1974, becoming a historic site and museum. No publisher is identified.
