A couple are in a rowboat close to the shore of Westlake Park, where flowers bloom and trees grow. Westlake Park became MacArthur Park in 1942 and was eventually designated City of Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument Number 100. The publisher's number on the divided back is L. A. 71. The Curt Teich number at the top of the dividing line is A-33626.
