A crowd gathers to watch cygnets in the lake with their parents and several other swans, all near to shore. In the distance around the bend is a rustic pavilion seen in several of the postcards in this collection, especially in closeup in PC-001-699. The park was renamed MacArthur Park in 1942. The publisher's number on the back is 5331. Although the back is divided, the left panel is reserved for return address only. By the time this card was sent the postal regulations had changed and allowed messages on that side. This card was made in Germany.
