This is exactly the same scene and publisher as PC-001-659 but with the title in a different place and slightly different coloring and delineation. Bathers play in the surf on the south side of Long Beach's Pleasure Pier while people on the pier boardwalk look on. The Sun Pavilion at the end of the pier has flags flying, and the waves are rolling in.
