The Pleasure Pier and its Sun Pavilion at the Pacific Ocean end are not emphasized in this picture, in which a streetcar has the right foreground. The tracks lead to where crowds of people are going onto the pier, but they are dwarfed by the new Long Beach Municipal Auditorium at South Pine Avenue and East Seaside Way, on the left. Streetcar and other wires are prominent, with four poles in this view. The message has been written on this side in the white space, since the other side is reserved for the address and a return address. The publisher's number on the back of this tinted card is 3526.
