According to the printing at the bottom of the card, this hotel is "Not excelled by any hotel in Long Beach." It shown with a crowd of people on the corner and several vintage automobiles parked at the curb. On the back, headed by the motto "Everything New but the [Pacific] Ocean," is a promotional paragraph: "This beautifiul hotel just completed. Delightfully situated on high ground immediately overlooking the ocean. Has elevator, steam heat, sun parlor. Telephone, private baths. Both building and equipment are new. Modern and comlete. It abounds in comfort; has good beds; its blankets are soft; its chairs easy; its hospitality genuine. Rates $1.00 and up." The publisher's number at the bottom right is S-766.
