This Plaque of Honor in the Home's Memorial Park was at the old address of
Santa Fe & Spring Streets in Long Beach, California. In 1973 a new 348-unit complex was built on Gold Star Drive and the name changed to the American Gold Star Manor. Both sets of structures were built as retirement homes for mothers who lost children serving in the United States armed forces. The publisher's number on the back of the card is 83034.
