The pictured structure was a roller coaster in an amusement zone in Long Beach called "The Pike," or Queens Park, demolished in 1979. This feature operated from 1902 to 1915 or later. This card has a divided back. Although it looks like a Real Picture Post Card, it is a callotype or gelatin-process mass-produced card.
