[Curt Teich & Co., Inc., Chicago, Illinois]
The Imperial Valley Press for October 23, 1909 has an article about the first bales of cotton ginned in Imperial Valley, at El Centro on October 18. This was the American Nile Cotton Company. There is a number on the back of the card at the bottom of the dividing line, a typical place for the code that designates Curt Teich's timeline. According to the guide maintained by the Curt Teich Postcard Archives and records in this database, A5719 refers to postcards made in 1910. A pencil notation on the back of the card probably refers to the sale of the card: "PC121--15 cents."
