Cotton in bales and sacks is shown in a field beside residential homes. There is a logo on the divided back of the Panama-California Exposition in San Diego. Preparations and planning for this event began in 1910. There is also a number on the back of the card at the bottom of the dividing line, a typical place for the code that designates Curt Teich's publication years. According to the guide maintained by the Curt Teich Postcard Archives and the date the publisher began operations, R-18293 refers to postcards made in 1910.
