Dear Sirs: - I have your September quotations for dressed chickens. Please send present quotations. Also, kindly inform me what proportion of the weight of dressed poultry as you ship it would the weight of the poultry be with the insides removed and head and legs cut off? Should also like the percentage of turkeys and broilers. My object is, to compare prices with what we are paying here.
