Dear Sir: - I have assumed individually the management of this hotel, with Mr Robinson in the rear. From what Mr Robinson tells me of your character and way of doing business, and from what I remember of your work, I should like to make an arrangement with you for you to take charge of our pastry business again, and, also incidentally, charge of our bakers.
