Willard Lester, Esq.,
Manager Windsor Hotel,
Saratoga, N.Y.

Dear Sir: - Referring to the letter of Sept.15th, of our eastern bureau, will Mr Kleine write us, or can you tell us what salary he would expect, and how many guests himself and wife can manage?

For four months of the year we run light, in the Spring about 100 guests. During the summer, the number ranges to 200 and 250 people. In the Winter, from 200 to 700 and 800 guests.

We have very large and roomy ovens, a separate one for the bakery and pastry work, yet both together. The room has large outside windows and rooms are about 40 X 50 ft. each, the ovens being placed in the center.

Should you every come to California, I would be pleased to see you.

Yours truly,
Manager.
