Dear Mr Buck:- I have learned through Judge Murdoch that you are coming over Sunday to take the 1:40 train to the head of the bay with Mr Rainbow.
Will you kindly grant me the pleasure of extending to you, and through you to Mr. Rainbow, invitation to come over and take lunch at the hotel, so you can look over things at this end of the boulevard before going down the line. We have lunch at half past twelve. If your wives intend accompanying you, please consider them included in the invitation.
