Dear Sir:-
Your postal of the 27th is received., and I send you under another cover copies of what souvenirs and pamphlets we have. I also send you a sample bill of fare of breakfast, luncheon and dinner, such as we are now serving during the summer. Our menu during the winter, particularly for dinner, is more extensive as our summer rates are 20% lower than our winter rates.
Hoping to have the pleasure of entertaining you this winter, I remain,

Yours sincerely,
E. S. Babcock
