Mr. M. A. Douthett,
San Diego.

Dear Sir,
The cream that we have been getting from you is sour before we can use it, and I have had to give orders to stop purchasing cream from you. Last year we were troubled a great deal from sour milk, that has in my opinion occurred from being in the sun at South San Diego or at the hotel station. I have given the cart instructions to meet the trains at the stations on arrival, and not to allow the suns rays to strike upon it. Will you give instructions to your man at South San Diego.

Yours truly,
E. S. Babcock
