For the next two months you will have to do in the kitchen with the two small refrigerating rooms in the pantry, we are going to shut down 5 of our refrigerating rooms out of eight, keeping only the one that the meat is in; the one in the pantry store-room, and the two small ones in the pantry. This is done on account of their being such a demand for our ice, and we want to supply it, and as we give your department the only three refrigerator rooms that we run, we want you to arrange your storage so that you can do with them and help us out in this matter. Please take what material you have, out of the rooms we are going to shut down that must be kept cool, and put it in the rooms indicated that we will continue to keep cool.
