Mr C. W. Robinson,
In showing Mr Miller the Hotel Man of Riverside through the Pastry Room I was extremely mortified by the Filthy condition of it. Please have it cleaned up thoroughly and then notify the Pastry Cook that he must keep it clean.
Will you also ask the Baker to leave his room when he closes work so that we may show visitors through. He knows how to keep his room clean and if he does not indulge in his failing no doubt will keep it clean
