Dear Sir,
This will introduce to you my steward C. W. Robinson, who visits your Hotel to learn what he can about economical management; his experience in hotel life is limited, and I don't rely so much upon his experience as I do upon his industry and common sense. If you will kindly give him any information and advice, that you think would make him more valuable to me you will personally oblige me. He is accompanied with my Head waiter Mr Wm Donlon, who also would be greatful for any information that you could give him of benefit to me.
