The collection contains affidavits authored by Professor Davies and Mrs. Adele Davies in support of Latin Americans seeking asylum, mostly LGBTQ cases. The affidavits supported Professor Davies' expert testimony in United States Immigration Courts. Names have been removed to protect the immigrants. The affidavits begin with information documenting Professor Davies' credentials and then address the circumstances of the immigrants as documented by their lawyers.
